U-8 Academy: |
|
AW United offers a under eight academy for players aged 6-8. We
have two main goals with our programs: 1. To build basic movement
and coordination skills and 2. To introduce players to basic ball
skills through activities and small sided games. Our academy runs
in three sessions: fall, winter, and spring. Players are accepted
into the program year round.

Youth Players: |
AW United offers boys and girls teams for players aged 8-13 (generally
second grade through eight grade). Our teams participate in the
Northwest Ohio Youth Soccer League and the Ohio North State League.
Generally, our teams train twice a week and play 10 league games a
season. During the winter and summer, we offer optional training
programs and sponsored indoor teams for players who want to stay active.

Adult Leagues: |
|
Starting in June of 2007, AW United began sponsoring and running an
adult league. The basic premise is to encourage parents and former
players to stay active and continue to build the sport in our community.
The set up was playing small sided games on smaller fields. The
format provide fast paced action and lots of goals.
