| Daniel is the son of Doug and Cindy Box of Waterville, Ohio. Daniel was the Valedictorian of Anthony Wayne High School Class of 2004, carrying a GPA of 4.50. As a player and Team Captain for the Varsity Soccer team, he made 1st Team N.L.L., 1st Team All District, Team Most Valuable Defender, All-League, and All-State Academic Team. He was a member of the National Honor Society, participated in Young Life, and was a mentor for STAMP - Stay Tobacco-Free Athlete Mentor Program. Daniel started playing club soccer at age 8 and continued through high school. He was certified as a referee in 2001 and has also helped coach the U12 Boys and has assisted with several soccer camps in the area. He will be attending the Ohio State University and majoring in Biology. |
